Deposit
A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is applied to the service total.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late changes
Cancellations, no-shows, or changes within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Arrival
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a new appointment and deposit.
Previous work
Permanent makeup completed elsewhere must be approved before correction or cover-up work.
Touch-ups
The 6–8 week touch-up is for existing Brows By Alee clients, priced from $99–$120 depending on the service, and requires a $20 deposit.
